Contact us if your order arrives with a damaged bottle, incorrect product, missing component, incomplete shipment, material product discrepancy or visible shipping damage.
Photographs of the bottle, package, shipping label and relevant components may help us review the situation efficiently.
Where appropriate, include your order number, written explanation, clear photographs and video if leakage, closure operation, straw function, squeeze function, collapsible structure or another functional issue needs to be demonstrated.
Keep the item, components and packaging until Customer Care confirms that they are no longer required for review.

If tracking stops updating for an extended period, a shipment appears delayed, or tracking indicates Delivered but the package cannot be located, send your order number and tracking details to Customer Care.
